I am a Post Graduate in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations. Presently I am working with
one of the Fortune 500 Oil Company in India and have a functional HR experience of about 8 years and
6 years SAP HR experience. I am involved in a huge SAP Implementation project in my present company
covering roll out at around 500 locations and looking after SAP-HR modules covering PA,OM,PD,TEM
& TM modules in 4.6C version . The project is nearing completion.
Work Experience
•Over 13 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry of which, around 8 years in Human Resource
domain and over 5 years in SAP-HR 4.60 environment.
•Working in all phases of the Project
as a Dy.Team Lead/Core Team member (Functional) including Blueprint, Design, Configuration, Testing,
Data Conversion & Upload for SAP HR (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management,
Recruitment, Training and Event Management, Time Management-Leave).
•As Project Lead
(Functional), SAP- Time Management (Leave Management) implemented.
•As Project Lead for
SAP-HR Implementation for BRPL
•As Project Lead for SAP-HR Implementation for IBP Co. Ltd.
•8 years Functional HR experience involved working in the capacity of Sr. HR Officer
handling domain HR functions in a Refinery set up.
