im 39yrs of age, living in the uk at the preasent moment,have been a chef now for nearly 15yrs and
always looking for that new challenge,i'm of a very strong character, good personallity so iv.e been
told,team player whitch is so important to me,flexible,understanding and good motivator.
Work Experience
At this preasent moment in time i'm working in a 4* hotel in B,ham, It can be a very busy place, it
has two restaurants,one ala carte and the other one a brasserrie both succesful,The ala carte
resaurant is going for it's first rosette whitch is always exciting,specially for the younger ones
in the brigade.Have been headchef in a number of establishments from small hotels to
brasserries,from 4* to rosette standard,My passion is for good simple food,whitch looks good but
tastes evevn better,iv'e also done some freelance work for some of the bigger caterers,the likes of
leths,redclife,sadexo,working at some of the major sporting events up and down the country whitch i
really enjoyed but i always come back the hotels and brasserries eventualy as that is were my heart
is.Ive also worked in France,Italy and Germany,My goal is to get back to france in a hotel or nice
little brasserrie as i always promised i would return when the time was wright for me.
