Personal Statement
I am from New Zealand and am a fully qualified secondary and ESL teacher with a total of 9 years
experience in a range of teaching roles. I am dedicated, honest, hard-working and personable.
Currently my family and I are travelling around Europe and Scandanavia and are looking to find work
for the autumn.
Work Experience
I taught for five years in the New Zealand high school system teaching English, Social Studies and
Health.
I then spent three years self-employed tutoring English language to immigrants and
English (subject) skills to primary and high school students.
Most recently, I spent two
years in teacher training where I taught Human Development to adult students. These students were
on a three year Diploma course training to become preschool teachers.
